POLICY

BOOKING FEE

  • A non-refundable commitment fee of is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied towards your service.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • Any cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • A 72 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Failure to notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Multiple rescheduling requests will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, please extend the courtesy to notify us. No shows will result in the loss of your deposit and you will not be able to make any future appointments.

LATE POLICY

  • We ask that you arrive on time only. Please send a text once you arrive, if we are not ready for you please wait in the lobby or you car.

  • We allow a grace period of 15 minutes, otherwise your appointment and deposit will be forfeited if your service cannot be accommodated. A new booking fee will be required to book another appointment.

  • Please understand that late appointments will leave insufficient time for the appointment and may overlap with other appointments.

PREVIOUS BROW TATTOO

  • If you have previous tattoo/microblading done then you must contact us first to approve the appointment. This may be considered a correction set. You must submit a clear photo of your bare brows and we will consult in whether or not a correction or touch up can be done. Not all previous work can be corrected!

  • Clients with previous work must have realistic expectations: Brows that are faded or discoloured will need to be colour corrected. We cannot work on oversaturated brows (should be about 40% lighter). We cannot completely change the shape of corrected work unless we have some manipulation to change the shape or by going thicker than the previous shape.

    If you have previous work and book without approval, this will result in the loss of your deposit and appointment being cancelled.

TOUCH UP SESSIONS

  • Permanent make up can require more than one session. A touch up may be needed after your initial appointment, depending on how your brows have taken to the pigment. This can allow us to make any tweaks or fix any areas that may not have taken the pigment. It is the client's responsibility to book within the time frame as availability is not guaranteed. All touch ups will be an additional fee.

RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

  • Please be advised, healed results may vary. Any permanent make up procedure may require more than one session for optimal results. Additional charges may apply.

  • Permanent make up is an art, not a science. Everyone heals and accepts pigment differently. Although given our best efforts and skill to provide you with the best service possible with our expertise, many factors contribute to the healing process for each individual client's retention. Some factors include: skin type, age, diet, lifestyle, sun exposure, skin care products, harsh chemicals on skin, smoking and medications. As well as proper pre and post care of the procedure is crucial for best results. We have no control of how healed results may look. If they fade, blur or do not take to the pigment, that is a result of how your body heals to the procedure.

  • Your permanent make up can fade prematurely if you have large pores, oily skin, use anti-aging creams, retinol/acidic skin products/facials, exercise frequently, smoke, and if you go out in the sun a lot. Procedure will last longer the better it is taken care of! Remember they are low maintenance not no maintenance!

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AS THE SERVICE HAS BEEN PROVIDED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES TO ANYONE.
